Return & Refund Policy

At Urban Peak Threads, every item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer's remorse, or changes of mind.

Eligible for a Replacement or Refund

If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we'll make it right:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect item received

  • Wrong size or color sent due to our error

  • Printing errors or significant quality issues

To qualify, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Replacement

Email us with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

We'll review your request and, if approved, send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Because all products are custom made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Ordering the wrong color

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue. If eligible, we'll send a replacement.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.
