Every item is made to order just for you. This allows us to offer unique, high-quality products while reducing waste.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. During holidays, sales events, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times after your order has been processed:

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to guarantee changes once an order enters production.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us. We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate packages if your items are fulfilled by different production partners or shipped from different locations. If this happens, you'll receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
